SCHOOL REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

2010-11 / 5771

· Complete and return a Registration Form for each student along with an appropriate deposit or full payment (see attached Religious School Fee Schedule) to the Religious School Office.

· Additional registration forms are available on the website – www.templebethornj.org

· Students are placed in session of choice subject to availability. Every attempt will be made to place all students from one household in the same session.

· If you have comments or specific requests, you may write them on the religious school registration form. The Director will have the discretion to place students in a particular session/class when extenuating circumstances are deemed to exist. See policy explanation sheet enclosed.

· Full tuition is due on or before July 31, 2010. Students cannot be placed on a class list unless tuition is paid in full or an alternative financial arrangement is made.

· Please make checks payable to Temple Beth Or and write “Religious School Fees” on the memo line.
